We only perform treatment after we have received informed consent from our patients. This entails providing a thorough and clear explanation of the recommended treatment and our reasons for recommending it. We will also let you know how long the treatment will take, how much it will cost, and what side effects you might experience. Once we have answered any questions you may have, you have the option to decline or consent to proceed with the recommended treatment.



We value our patients’ time, so we try to budget sufficient time for each procedure and do our best to stay on schedule. In turn, we ask that our patients arrive on time for their appointments. Reminders are usually sent out the day before via phone, email or SMS. Kindly let us know in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid having a no-show fee being levied.



Payment is required at the time when service is provided. We accept cash, NETS, VISA, MasterCard and American Express. 
If you have dental insurance, we can assist you in filling out your claim form for you to be reimbursed for your dental treatment. We do not submit them on your behalf nor take payment directly from your insurance carrier. It is also important that you are familiar with your dental policy and coverage since we will not have access to that information. 



To avoid a long wait time, we ask that you call before coming in. If your emergency occurs during our office hours, please call us at 6634 5700 to schedule an emergency appointment. We will endeavor to see you as soon as possible. For dental emergencies outside of office hours,  you may call our emergency line at 6535 8833.
At the emergency appointment, your dentist will diagnose your condition and render the appropriate treatment to relieve your discomfort. Once you are out of discomfort, we’ll be happy to discuss further treatment that may be required.
